All Souls Parish Car Show

June 2​

The All Souls Parish Festival and Car Show was moved up to early June, hoping for cooler weather. It worked and the car show was well attended with about 65 cars with many being from our club. The festival included game booths, live entertainment and a fine fried chicken and roast beef dinner. Several car show trophies were awarded.

Hazelwood Baptist Church Car Show

June 15

A big annual show with amenities such as free registration and lunch. Several of us from the club participated.

June 29

This car show benefited AmVets. Our club was represented by three cars--1949 Pontiac, 1959 Ranchero and 1961 Impala. Doug's Impala earned a trophy.

Bridgeton Parade

July 4

Our club provided four car parade entry. This was a large parade that covered a long distance through the city of Bridgeton. The turnout of citizens to watch the parade was impressive. The parade start was delayed one hour due to wet conditions early in the day. The weather was damp in the morning, but the skies eventually cleared.
